Fashion show DJ · Catwalk · CopenhagenEvery step, on the beat.

On a catwalk the music is part of the choreography. Models need a tempo to walk to, and the audience needs to feel the moment the show begins and ends.

We prepare the runway soundtrack with your producer or designer, rehearse the cues, play the show live and then switch to an after-party set once the final walk is done and guests get up from their seats.

From first look to final walk.

  1. 01

    Runway soundtrack

Tracks chosen or edited for walking pace, agreed with the designer and timed to the length of the show.

  2. 02

    Rehearsal on site

We join the run-through when possible, so models, dressers and the DJ hear the same cues before the audience arrives.

  3. 03

    Cues on signal

Lights down, first look, finale and bow — each change is triggered on a signal from your show caller or producer.

  4. 04

    After-party set

When the seats empty, the room changes. The DJ moves into a longer set for drinks and dancing.

  5. 05

    Show photography

Add an event photographer for the looks on the runway, the front row and the moments backstage.

RunwayPOPUP SOUND

Full Experience for a full show.

A fashion show combines a rehearsed soundtrack, live cues, an after-party and usually photos, so we quote it as a Full Experience: an extended DJ and photography plan from DKK 12,500 excluding VAT.

For a short presentation without a party, Brand Session (DKK 5,500, up to 3 hours) with coordination of timings may be enough.

Fashion show DJ — FAQ

Can you play a soundtrack the designer has already chosen?

Yes. Send the tracks and the running order in advance. We check the files, the transitions and the total length against the number of looks, and flag anything that needs an edit before show day.

What happens if a look is delayed backstage?

The DJ follows the show caller, not the clock. We can loop or extend a section until the next model is ready, so a delay behind the curtain is never heard by the audience.

Do you provide lighting or a runway?

No. We provide the DJ, controller and sound system for the agreed setup, plus photography if booked. Lighting, staging and the runway itself come from your venue or production team.

How far ahead should we book for a show?

As soon as the date and venue are confirmed. A show needs a planning call, the music and ideally a rehearsal slot, so booking early gives everyone more time. Send your details via the contact form.
