We are based in Copenhagen and cover the city and its suburbs, including Frederiksberg, Hellerup, Gentofte, Kongens Lyngby, Ørestad, Amager, Valby, Hvidovre and Ballerup. Events elsewhere in Denmark are possible subject to availability, with any travel costs quoted in advance. See all areas.
Yes. We bring the DJ controller, a sound system suited to your venue and the supporting equipment for the agreed setup, and we handle setup and removal. Venue restrictions and technical requirements are discussed before the event.
Yes. The Sound & Stories package combines a 3-hour DJ set with 2 hours of event photography from DKK 9,500 excluding VAT — one supplier, one coordinated plan.
No. All prices are in Danish kroner and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is stated clearly in your written quotation.
Send an enquiry with your date, venue, guest numbers and preferred package. We check availability, recommend a suitable option and send a written proposal. The booking is confirmed once you approve it.
Yes. Music is discussed beforehand and adapted to your brand, your guests and the purpose of the event — from a considered soundtrack that supports conversation to a livelier set for celebrations.
Yes. We provide DJ services for company celebrations, julefrokost (Christmas parties), sommerfest, fredagsbar, anniversaries and staff events in Copenhagen offices and venues. The Corporate Sound package (up to 4 hours, DKK 7,500 excl. VAT) is designed for these.
Yes. For receptions and after-work drinks we plan a considered soundtrack at a volume that supports conversation, and adjust it around speeches, presentations and the event schedule.
A retail event needs music that fits the brand and lets customers browse and talk. We agree the musical direction, volume and timings with you beforehand, so the soundtrack complements the collection rather than competing with it.
Yes. The setup is mobile and adapted to the space. We discuss floor space, the position of the DJ, power and any building restrictions before the event.
You receive edited digital photographs according to your package. Delivery timeline, commercial usage rights and any restrictions are confirmed in writing before the event.

Yes. Popup Sound focuses on brands and companies, but the same mobile setup works for weddings, birthdays, confirmations and graduation parties in Copenhagen and the suburbs. Private events are quoted individually, and Popup Sound is part of A+A Media & Events, whose specialities include wedding entertainment.
Yes. We plan the music with you before the day — including first dances, must-play songs and anything you never want to hear. On the night we still read the room and adapt.
Our standard service area is Copenhagen and the surrounding suburbs. Events elsewhere in Denmark are possible subject to availability; travel and any additional time are included in your written quote.
