How do you handle load-in at a hotel or cultural venue?

We contact the venue’s technician or event coordinator in advance, agree a load-in time and route, and check power and any house sound system we can connect to. On the day we are set up before guests arrive.

Can Swedish guests follow the announcements?

We announce in English or Danish, whichever works best for a mixed group. If a particular message needs to be said in another language, write it down for us and we read it out at the right moment.
