Up to four hours of DJing, music planning with your organiser, coordination around speeches and the agenda, plus the sound system, setup and removal. The price is DKK 7,500 excl. VAT. Add a photographer by choosing Sound & Stories or asking for a custom quote.

How do you get into a new office building with equipment?

Most new buildings in Nordhavn have goods lifts and a service entrance. We ask you for the access details and any security contact in advance, and we register our arrival time if the building requires it.

Can you provide a microphone for the CEO’s speech?

Yes. A microphone for speeches is something we handle routinely, and we test it before guests arrive. Let us know how many speakers there are and the order, so the music can fade in and out at the right moments.
