Our four-hour Corporate Sound package is priced at DKK 7,500 excluding VAT and includes planning with the organiser and coordination with the venue’s schedule. If you also want the day photographed, we build it into a Full Experience proposal from DKK 12,500. See the package.

How do you work with the conference venue?

We contact the venue’s event coordinator before the day to agree load-in, power, the room plan and when the tables are moved. On the evening we follow their timings, so dinner service and the party do not get in each other’s way.

Can you work around speeches and awards?

Yes. Tell us the order of speeches and awards, and we fade the music in and out around them, with short cues for winners and toasts. If the venue has its own microphone, we coordinate with their system so nothing clashes.
