VIP preview DJ · CopenhagenBefore the public, the invited.

The evening before the doors open to everyone, a smaller group gets the first look: press, partners, investors, key customers and friends of the house.

With a short guest list the room is quieter and every detail gets noticed. We play a refined, lower-volume set that lets hosts introduce people, and we can bring a photographer so the preview produces images ahead of launch day.

A small room, every detail seen.

  1. 01

    Guest-list pacing

Arrivals come in waves around the invitation time. Music starts before the first name is ticked off at the door.

  2. 02

    Hosted introductions

Owners and PR teams spend the evening introducing people. The volume stays low enough for names to be heard.

  3. 03

    Press first look

Journalists and photographers often arrive early for quiet shots. We keep the set calm until they have what they need.

  4. 04

    You control the release

Preview photos are delivered to you, and you decide when they go public — before, on or after the opening day.

  5. 05

    Clear for opening day

Setup and removal are planned so the space is empty and ready for the public opening that follows.

VIP preview DJ — FAQ

Can the preview and the public opening be booked together?

Yes. Many venues hold an invite-only evening and open to the public the next day. Send both dates and we quote them together, with the music for each planned around its own audience.

How many guests suit this kind of evening?

Any number your venue can host. Previews are often a few dozen people, which is why we size the sound system to the room rather than bringing a large rig.

Will the photographer focus on the guests or the space?

Both, in the proportion you choose. Tell us the priorities — interior, products, partners, press — and we plan the two hours of photography around them.

What do you need from us before the preview?

The size of the guest list, the timings, any speeches or reveals, and the musical tone you want. Send it all through the contact form and we answer with a written proposal.
